Last minute pumpkin run...

Well, we hadn't had a chance to go get a jack-o-lantern to carve so we ran out to Wooden Farm this afternoon and the pickins were slim! BUT, we found a big one with bumps that the kids liked and they are working on it now...we also found a painted pumpkin for Grammy to put on her porch and the kids had fun playing for a little bit. It's getting close to time to start getting ready for trick-or-treating so we'll have more pictures coming soon!

Mr. Pumpkin Head

I love these things...Mr. Potato Head pieces made to use with a little pumpkin for Halloween...so cute plus not messy at all...perfect!

Jake loves his boots!

Bama found these boots for Jake to wear with his cowboy costume this year and he loves them...and is too cute wearing them!

My sweet babies ready for church...

Since I wasn't going to church with the family this morning (recovering from tonsillectomy) I decided to take some pictures of the kiddos all dressed up in their coordinating outfits...they were SO cute! (Jake's cheesiest smile ever...as usual!)

More sweet babies ready for church...

I loved this one of Addi and her baby sister...

and with their brother...Anna always thinks he is so silly...and she's RIGHT! :)

kisses from big brother...

Monster Jam!!!

Daddy and a very excited Jake headed out Friday night to Freedom Hall to see Gravedigger and all of Jake's favorite Monster Trucks. It was very noisy but thanks to Grammy the guys had earplugs to wear. They really had a ball and got to see Blue Thunder, Taz, Captain's Curse, and several others that I don't know (but Jake does of course)...a great night for the boys to hang out together!

Hinton's Orchard Pumpkin Fest

While Cam and Emery's Mommy and Daddy were gone on a trip we had a sleepover at our house and spent the next day at the apple orchard/pumpkin patch...it was VERY cold and MUDDY so we had to wear lots of layers and find boots for everyone to wear. We all had a great time though....we got to go on a hayride to the pumpkin patch, pick a pumpkin, play on the new playground and climbing hill, and eat hamburgers and hotdogs on the porch of the store. Once we finally made it back home everyone took a bath and we all snuggled up with hot chocolate and a movie...great fall (felt more like winter!) day.
