Snow Days...

We had a lot of fun playing in the snow last week...it was REALLY cold out but the kids didn't care. I just left a laundry basket by the door with a couple beach towels laid out for the kids to get all their wet clothes off when they came in, threw them in the dryer and by then they were ready to go back out again. I even let Anna join in for a few minutes and she loved it!

Decorating the tree...

Here are some pictures from our night of decorating the tree after our annual picnic dinner in the basement...we tried to do a photo shoot in the kids new Christmas PJ's to use for our Christmas card but didn't really get one. Fun night though! :)

Last minute pumpkin run...

Well, we hadn't had a chance to go get a jack-o-lantern to carve so we ran out to Wooden Farm this afternoon and the pickins were slim! BUT, we found a big one with bumps that the kids liked and they are working on it now...we also found a painted pumpkin for Grammy to put on her porch and the kids had fun playing for a little bit. It's getting close to time to start getting ready for trick-or-treating so we'll have more pictures coming soon!

I love these things...Mr. Potato Head pieces made to use with a little pumpkin for Halloween...so cute plus not messy at all...perfect!

Jake loves his boots!

Bama found these boots for Jake to wear with his cowboy costume this year and he loves them...and is too cute wearing them!

Since I wasn't going to church with the family this morning (recovering from tonsillectomy) I decided to take some pictures of the kiddos all dressed up in their coordinating outfits...they were SO cute! (Jake's cheesiest smile ever...as usual!)
